Meet Our Team

Dr Justin Bulling
Dr Bulling graduated with BSc. and BVMS(Hons) from Murdoch University in 1992. He has worked in Central and North Queensland as well as 2 years in England. Locum work has also taken him to most areas of coastal Queensland and Mount Isa as well as Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Vanuatu. He has been providing veterinary servces on the Sunshine Coast since 2004 .
Kristy Smith
Kristy has been working as a vet nurse since early 2022. Kristy has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wildlife Biology and Animal Production from University of Queensland. She also works a reptile hndler for a wildlife demonstration and education business. Her pets are Bobby the Quaker Parrot and Sol the Shingleback Lizard.
Maryanne O'Flynn
Maryanne is Justin's wife and spends much of her time looking after their 2 sons as well as working as an enrolled nurse in aged care.

Sunshine Hinterland Veterinary Clinic

Dr Justin Bulling and his wife Maryanne O'Flynn purchased the Central Nambour Veterinary Services on National Park Road in Nambour in 2007 and renamed it Sunshine Hinterland Veterinary Clinic. In 2013 it was moved to it's present location at 19 Mathew Street Nambour.
While the veterinary industry is becoming corporatised we are proudly independent. We have no practice policies related to on-selling like a lot of practices and will discuss diagnostic and treatment options and estimated costs so the client can make informed decisions
Our patients and our clients are our greatest assets. We will never sell or recommend extra goods or services simply to boost profit.
